01 General Introduction and Definitions
These terms and conditions apply to the use of the ex99 platform and all its services. Account Verification (KYC)
Before processing withdrawals or significant transactions, ex99 may request completion of a Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process. Some services may be restricted until the verification process is complete.
04 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Policy
Deposit Rules
Funds can currently be deposited on the ex99 platform via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500. All deposits are reflected in your account instantly or within a very short time.
Withdrawal Rules
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Certain conditions that may affect withdrawal processing time:
- Withdrawal may be delayed if account verification is not complete.
- Withdrawal may be restricted if the wagering requirement on any active bonus has not been met.
- Withdrawals will always be returned via the original deposit method, unless there is an exceptional reason.
- If suspicious activity is detected, a withdrawal request may be held for review.
Currency and Conversion
ex99 processes transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳). The user is solely responsible for any applicable conversion rates and associated charges when payments are processed in a foreign currency.
05 Bonuses and Promotional Offers
Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, applicable up to a maximum of ৳8,000. A 15x wagering requirement must be met before this bonus becomes eligible for withdrawal.
General Bonus Terms and Conditions
- Each bonus offer has its own validity period and terms.
- Bonus balance and real money are displayed separately.
- If an attempt is made to claim bonuses using multiple accounts, both accounts will be cancelled.
- ex99 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.
- If fraud in bonus activity is proven, the associated bonus and winnings will be forfeited.
- Bonuses apply only to real money deposits, not to funds obtained through other bonuses.
VIP Program
ex99's exclusive VIP Program has five tiers: Bronze with up to 0.2% weekly cashback; Silver with up to 0.5% weekly cashback; Gold with up to 0.7% weekly cashback; Platinum with up to 1.0% weekly cashback; and Diamond with up to 1.2% weekly cashback. Higher VIP tiers can be reached through greater activity and regular participation. ex99 reserves the right to determine the detailed terms of VIP benefits.
06 Betting Rules
General Betting Terms
All betting activity on ex99 is governed by these terms and conditions. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless ex99 approves it for a specific reason.
- A minimum and maximum amount is set for each bet.
- ex99 reserves the right to cancel a bet in the event of a technical error.
- Bets processed due to incorrect odds or pricing may be cancelled.
- If an event is cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded.
Cricket Betting
For betting on local and international cricket matches including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and ICC tournaments, the decisions of the relevant international cricket boards and governing bodies will be considered final. If a match is cancelled or abandoned due to rain, poor light, or other reasons, bets will be settled in accordance with the betting policy.
Live Casino and Slots
In live casino games and slot machines, each round is operated completely independently. Game software results are determined by a verifiable and fair method. ex99 reserves the right to verify the associated account for any large win, including progressive jackpot prizes.
07 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ex99 platform:
- Opening multiple accounts or using another person's account.
- Conducting artificial betting activity for the purpose of abusing bonuses.
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activity.
- Exploiting system errors or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
- Attempting hacking, phishing, or other cyber attacks.

12 Account Closure and Termination
Closure at the User's Request
A user may request to close their account at any time. Any pending transactions will be completed before the request is processed, and the available balance will be returned, unless bonus terms and conditions state otherwise.
Closure at ex99's Initiative
ex99 reserves the right to close or temporarily suspend any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- A serious breach of these terms and conditions.
- Evidence of fraudulent or deceptive activity.
- Operating multiple accounts.
- Bonus abuse.
- Suspicion of money laundering.
- Due to legal or regulatory obligations.
